Information you share

When you submit an exchange request, we collect the contact, property, escrow, closing-date, and additional information you choose to provide. Share only information needed to discuss your exchange.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, contact you, and coordinate the next steps you discuss with our team. Submitting a request does not establish an exchange.

Where your request goes

Your request is saved in our HUB system and is available to authorized staff after signing in. Our designated staff receive an email notification with a contact summary and a link to the saved request.
