Starting your Exchange has just become easier!
Complete the following information and your request will be transmitted electronically. Once a Purchase and Sale Contract has been negotiated for your Relinquished Property our office can begin preparing your exchange documents. Let your Escrow Officer know that you are working with THE 1031 EXCHANGE COMPANY LLC so they expect our office to contact them to obtain the contract and title report which we will use to complete your exchange documents. The exchange documents must be signed PRIOR to your closing.
